The Strike Foreman coordinates de-constructing the production from the stage on back (The House Manager is responsible from the
house on front). The foreman has a list of tasks that need to be completed and assigns those tasks to the volunteers who need
direction. These tasks include everything from moving furniture, folding cloth, removing staples, sorting screws, packing props,
breaking down walls and set pieces to sweeping the stage floor and packing lighting equipment.
